Rebecca Shipley

Rebecca Shipley is a leader in the Total Rewards (TR) space with experience in the strategy, design, and implementation of all TR programs. She has developed a deep background in compensation for over 18 years and has been leading TR functions for the past 11 years. Rebecca has led and designed overall human resources mission, vision, values, and long-term roadmaps. 

Rebecca's TR Experience

Rebecca has designed, communicated, and implemented several TR programs that have benefited both companies and employees. Some of these programs include the following:

• Full-Replacement Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) of a Consumer Directed Health Plan (CDHP) • Sales Compensation Programs
• Flexible Time-Off Programs
• Sabbatical Programs
• Multiple Base Salary Structures
• Short-Term & Long-Term Incentive Plans

 
Additionally, Rebecca has been the HR lead for all activities of moving a company from public to private status and well as directing many acquisitions for a multi-functional integration team, including redesigning the entire HR integration process. She also has experience presenting, communicating, and supporting executive compensation programs for Compensation Committees of the Board of Directors.


Joann Nelson

Joann Nelson is a results oriented professional with more than 15 years of experience in HR with a primary emphasis in compensation. She has extensive hands-on experience in the analysis, design, implementation, administration, and communication of compensation programs that support business strategy. Additionally, Joann has experience in merger and acquisition due diligence and integration, recruitment, employee relations, and training. Her core areas of expertise include the following:

Joann's Primary Objective

Working to exceed expectations has been a key measure of success for Joann throughout her career. Her primary objective is to understand a client and their business in order to offer solutions that fit their needs. Joann holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). She is a former board member and long-standing member of the Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association.


Joshua Yelenick

Joshua Yelenick is a high-level technical oriented professional with 11 years of corporate experience primarily concentrated within Human Resources Information Systems, Benefits, and Internal Audit. He carries a broad range of exposure within both the public and private sectors, including:

Joshua's TR Experience

In TR, Josh has designed, reconfigured, implemented, and administered multiple Human Resource Management Systems. He has assisted in the design and implementation of a CDHP. He has managed and supported numerous acquisitions and has served as the system liaison for multiple HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, and operations.
